My professional practice focuses on tax advice. Before founding PARS, I worked for twelve years at Uría Menéndez, engaged in a wide range of tax matters: company acquisitions and restructurings, advice to private clients and family businesses, real estate transactions and tax proceedings and litigation, among others.
I have consolidated professional experience on the areas of Civil Litigation, Arbitration, Restructuring and Insolvency.
I started practicing law at Uría Menéndez, where for eleven years I advised and defended national and international clients in civil and commercial litigation proceedings before the courts of justice and arbitration tribunals, as well as in bankruptcy proceedings.
I have extensive experience in business law, particularly advising on national and international investment and divestment transactions - mergers and acquisitions - and advising directors and management teams on the day-to-day running of their businesses.
I began my professional career in the business law department of Uría Menéndez, then joined Mat Holding Group, where I worked as general counsel for ten years. Prior to founding PARS, I was the general counsel of Grupo Godó.
I joined PARS in 2025 after completing a double degree in Law and Global Governance and a Master’s in International Business Law (IBL), all at ESADE, and undertaking both my undergraduate and master’s internships at PARS.
My professional practice focuses on civil and commercial law, providing advice in judicial and insolvency proceedings, in corporate disputes, as well as in commercial matters and corporate governance.
I joined PARS in 2025 after completing a double degree in Law and Global Governance and a Master’s in Tax Advisory and Management (AGT), all at ESADE, and undertaking my master’s internship at Garrigues.
My professional practice focuses on tax law, with special dedication on M&A and corporate restructuring, advice on wealth inheritance planning, real estate transactions, and tax proceedings.
I joined PARS in 2025 after earning a double degree in Law and Business Administration at UPF, completing the Master’s in International Business Law (IBL) at ESADE, and undertaking my master’s internship at Garrigues.
My practice focuses on corporate and real estate law, with special dedication to corporate matters, share and asset deals, restructurings, and all types of commercial contracts.
